ATIOSYS Digital Video Recorder Warranty
Terms and Conditions

ATIO System Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants its digital video recorder products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for limited period of time under normal use and service from the date upon receipt.


Warranty Terms:
1.

Manufacturer will replace any merchandise proved to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from original date upon receipt. (DOA)

2.

Within the warranty, manufacturer will repair or replace at its option, free of charge for parts and labor, any product proven to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

3.

NTF (No Trouble Found) will be charged.

4. Manufacturer warrants its product to be free from defect for 12 months unless stated as following.

Exclusion of damage caused by

i. outside natural occurrences, such as lightning, power surges or the like
ii. improper installation, expansion, modification, maintenance, or adding any non-approved parts/components
iii. improper use and / or human error
iiii. inadequate packaging
iiiii. viruses
5. Manufacturer expects its partners to examine shipped merchandise received and send back any items that are defective.

Return / Exchange Procedure:
1.

Make sure the system is under warranty

2.

Complete the RMA form

3.

Contact your sales representative to obtain the RMA number

4. Include the copy of invoice and RMA form into the package
5. State the RMA number on the mailing label
6. Freight prepaid to ATIO System, Inc. Taipei, Taiwan

This warranty only covers products originally purchased from manufacturer.
